About the Role
We’re looking for dynamic, hands-on team members to join our Installation Support team as we expand our solar lighting projects across the U.S.
This role is primarily field-based, requiring up to 80% travel, and focuses on supporting the installation of solar street lighting systems. You will work closely with contractors on-site, assembling solar light components at ground level and ensuring everything is ready for final installation.
The remaining portion of the role will be based in our warehouse, assisting with loading, unloading, and preparing materials for upcoming projects.
All new hires will complete an initial training and observation period before being deployed to active projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Installation Support (~80%)
Assemble solar street light systems and components at the base of poles on project sites
Work closely with contractors responsible for lifting and installing assembled units
Support overall site readiness and ensure materials are properly staged
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Identify and report any damaged materials, shortages, or issues on-site
Collaborate with field teams, project managers, and operations to support project timelines
Warehouse Support (~20%)
Load and unload trucks for incoming and outgoing shipments
Prepare materials and equipment for upcoming installations
Operate a forklift (or be trained to operate) as needed
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse
What You Bring
Strong physical endurance and ability to work in outdoor environments
Must be able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs regularly, and heavier items with assistance
Energetic, reliable, and adaptable with a team-oriented mindset
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn — training will be provided
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Willingness to travel frequently (up to 80%)
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $48,000 annually
